Product Manager

Responsibilities

Lead the product development and management for the project.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research, user feedback, and the project's strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and delivery of product milestones.
Translate user requirements into clear and actionable product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
Work closely with the development team to prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Act as the product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition, features, and benefits of project to internal teams, partners, and users.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and marketing materials.

Proven experience as a product manager, preferably in the blockchain or AI industry.
Strong understanding of blockchain and AI technologies, with knowledge of industry trends and developments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to provide input and feedback to the design team.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
