Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development and management for the project.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research, user feedback, and the project's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and delivery of product milestones.
• Translate user requirements into clear and actionable product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
• Work closely with the development team to prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition, features, and benefits of project to internal teams, partners, and users.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager, preferably in the blockchain or AI industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain and AI technologies, with knowledge of industry trends and developments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to provide input and feedback to the design team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
